You can spend the whole day with your mind on a project.

You can play with your favorite color and get a new toy.

But there’s no way you’re going to do it when you’re not in the mood.

The goal is to get your mind off of your work.

The first step is to find something that makes you happy.

The second step is just to enjoy the process of doing it.

You don’t have to do all of it.

It’s a lot easier when you can just let it happen.

1.

Find something that’s a little bit of fun 2.

Get to the point where it’s fun.

You have to be able to let go and let the world fall into place.

This is where a little piece of music can make you happy and even inspire you to do more.

There’s no better way to make your mind relax than to do something fun that has something for you to keep your mind occupied.

If you have an excuse to do that, go for it.

Let yourself get lost in the process.

It can take a while.

If it doesn’t, take a break.

But don’t forget to breathe.

If the process takes a while, try and slow down and enjoy the time you have.

2.

Make it a hobby or a hobby project.

The way we use technology to entertain ourselves and our families has changed a lot in the last few decades.

A lot of us get distracted by the phone and our Facebook feeds.

You need to make the process more of a hobby rather than a hobby.

Try and create something that has a purpose.

Try to create something you enjoy.

It could be something like a coloring book or something else you enjoy doing.

It doesn’t have a deadline or anything.

You should be able and do it on your own time.

3.

Take a break 4.

Focus on the process 5.

Go back to your work 6.

Start over The next step is making the process fun again.

You want to make it fun again by taking a break from work.

This might be a little different for different people.

It might mean having a drink or doing something else while you’re at work.

Make sure you don’t take the time to take a day off.

Just relax and go back to work.

If that doesn’t work, just focus on the steps to getting started.

Here’s how to do this: Make an excuse You have the choice of making a quick trip to the gym, a coffee shop, or a coffee break.

I’m not going to make you do this.

Instead, let me show you what to do instead.

Make an Excuse Before you go, make a list of all of the things you need to do for your project.

Make a list.

Don’t make it up.

I don’t want you to make up your own.

I know you want to do everything for yourself.

Make your list.

What are some of the places you might want to go?

Why do you want your project to be fun?

Where do you have to go to get some extra motivation?

It might sound like a lot, but remember, it’s just for you.

You might be tempted to get something from the local library, but you don.

Don, do your research.

I bet you’ve been to the library before.

Maybe you went there to look at old books.

Maybe they have free books available.

Maybe there are people on the staff who have experience with the library.

What kind of books would you like to see?

It’s not a big list, but it will give you an idea of what you can get.

You probably don’t need all of them.

Take it all and make a schedule.

When you get home, find something you can do in a matter of a few hours.

This way you can have a few extra hours before work.

What time of day is it?

When you find something to do, set aside a few minutes and put it in your schedule.

If I tell you to get a coffee at 7 a.m., you can start planning around it.

Make the project fun again If you make the project a hobby, you’ll probably find yourself in a lot of frustration at times.

You’ll have a lot more free time than you’d like.

So, here’s a suggestion.

Make something fun for yourself while you work.

Maybe something like this: a book with your name on it, a book club, or some other fun activity.

That might be fun for you, but for your family, it’ll be something you’ll be able do at home or at work or something that you can play and enjoy with them.

You may not get to do things you like that much at home, but if you’re having fun while you have a project to do then you can enjoy it even more.

I hope this helps you find some inspiration.

Happy crafting!
